Mr. Andile Tlhoaele

Snr Analyst and Managing Director

Andile Tlhoaele is the former chairperson of the ICT Sector Council, former member of the SANAS’s Technical Committee and served as chairperson of the verification industry body ABVA (now ABP).

He is also the former deputy chairperson of MICT SETA, former member of the B-BBEE Advisory Council Sub-Committee and DTIC Joint Technical Committee on BEE interpretation.

Tlhoaele is committed to the same work ethic, highest level of integrity and professionalism expected from employees working for some of the best multinational organisations.

Tlhoaele completed the BEE Management Development Programme with Unisa, the Harvard Business School’s (HBS) Key Executive Programme and Leading Your Small Business Through Its Life Cycle in Boston, Massachusetts US.  

Mr. Shaun Gibson

Snr Consultant and Verification Manager

Shaun Gibson is a Member of the Verification Team responsible for the moderation process. Shaun Gibson has a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with general management and industrial relations experience.

He has been involved with BEE verification since 2009.

Ms Puleng Mmusi

Analyst

Puleng Mmusi is the Verification Analyst (VA) for Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs) and Non-compliant Generic Entities. He is also an Assistant Verification Analyst (AVA) for generic enterprises responsible for employee interviews. She has 19 years BEE related experience with Inforcomm as a junior verification analyst (JVA) and internal verification auditor (IVA).

Kamogelo Tlhoaele

Analyst

Kamogelo Tlhoaele is the Analyst (VA) for Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs), Non-compliant Certificates and Joint Venture certificates. He is also an Assistant Verification Analyst (AVA) for Generic Enterprises responsible for Skills Development audits. Graduated from Reddford College.

He started his working career in 2022 at Tribalist (Pty) Ltd as a project manager for category B internship programmes. He later worked for Moja Centres (Pty) Ltd as project manager for enterprise development programmes and Skillslab responsible for category C internship programmes.

Kamo has also completed the Inforcomm experiential analyst (EA), intern analyst (IA) and junior verification analyst (JVA) verification competency assessment. In 2022 Kamo was accepted to study at the Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at the University Of Johannesburg (UJ) which he decided not to pursue instead to focus on the development of professional football in Polokwane.
